Effective date: 8 July 2026
App: NoxieHub (Google Play / Android)
Data controller: Foshan Hanmeng E-commerce Co., Ltd.
This Privacy Policy describes how Foshan Hanmeng E-commerce Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you install or use NoxieHub on Android devices distributed through Google Play. By creating an account, signing in, or continuing to use the app after this date, you acknowledge that you have read this policy. Where local law requires a separate legal basis or additional consent, we obtain it as described below.
This section is provided to support app store review, regulatory review, and transparency expectations without replacing the detailed disclosures that follow.
NoxieHub is an Android social application distributed on Google Play. Users must be 18 years of age or older. Account creation is supported; you register and authenticate to access matching, messaging, video chat, profile features, and subscription offerings. We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.
The table below summarizes categories aligned with Google Play Data safety declarations and our internal inventory. It reflects what we collect, whether it is shared with third parties, primary purposes, and whether collection is required for core use.
| Data type | Collected | Shared | Purpose | Required / Optional |
|-----------|-----------|--------|---------|---------------------|
| Email / Account ID | True | False | Account creation, authentication, and support | Required |
| Device info | True | True | Analytics, security, and service delivery | Required |
| Photos and videos | True | False | Profile and in-app media features | Optional |
Sensitive Android permissions used by NoxieHub are requested only when you initiate a related feature. Background usage status:
We rely on infrastructure and service providers for hosting, delivery, analytics, and crash reporting as described in the Sharing Matrix section. No third-party advertising SDK list was supplied for this release; we describe processor categories rather than naming undisclosed SDK packages.
Monetization is implemented through subscriptions; specific plans, prices, and billing periods appear in the in-app product listing on Google Play and are processed through Google Play Billing. We do not describe payment flows beyond what is necessary for privacy disclosure.
For privacy requests, contact saulcorkokihnvioletw@gmail.com. We will respond to privacy-related requests within a reasonable period after verification.
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. Measures include access controls limited to personnel with a legitimate need, encryption in transit where supported by our systems and providers, monitoring for abnormal activity, and procedures for reviewing security incidents.
Account credentials and authentication identifiers are handled using industry-standard practices appropriate to a consumer social application. We do not publish passwords in plain text and we restrict internal access to authentication systems.
Because no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data in a manner that requires notification under applicable law, we will notify affected users and regulators as required and describe remedial steps we take.
You can reduce risk by using a strong password, keeping your device updated, and revoking app permissions in Android settings when you no longer need specific features.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect new features, legal requirements, provider changes, or clarifications. When we make material changes, we will provide notice through the app, through Google Play listing updates, or by other reasonable means before or when the revised policy takes effect. The “Effective date” at the top indicates the latest version.
Continued use of NoxieHub after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law. If you do not agree, you should stop using the app and may request account deletion as described under your rights.

For questions about this policy, data processing, or exercising privacy rights, email us at the address above. We will respond to privacy-related requests within a reasonable period after verification.
You may also reference User Terms and account deletion information available within the app’s settings and legal pages. Those documents govern use of the service and deletion procedures; this policy focuses on privacy practices.
NoxieHub requests Android permissions only when you actively use a feature that requires them. Permissions are not used to silently collect data in the background.
When it is requested: When you choose to capture a new profile avatar with the device camera, or when you enter live video chat.
How it is used: The camera captures still images for avatar upload or live video frames during an active video session. We do not activate the camera at app launch, while browsing feeds, during matching, or when the app is minimized.
Background usage: Camera access is not in the background.
Withdrawal: You may deny or revoke camera permission in Android system settings. Without camera access, you cannot use in-app video chat or camera-based avatar capture; you may still select images from your gallery where that option is available.
When it is requested: When you record a voice message in chat, or when you participate in video chat that includes audio.
How it is used: Audio is captured only while you press or hold the record control or while a video session is active. We do not record ambient audio when you are not using these features.
Background usage: Microphone access is not in the background.
Withdrawal: Revoke microphone permission in Android settings. Voice messages and video chat with audio will not function without it; text and image messaging may still work.
When it is requested: When you select an image from local storage to send in chat, set or change your avatar from gallery, or attach media in similar user-initiated flows. On supported Android versions, the system photo picker or scoped media access may be used.
How it is used: We read only the specific files you select. We do not scan your entire gallery, index unrelated albums, or upload media you did not choose.
Background usage: Access to photos and media is not in the background.
Withdrawal: Deny or revoke photos/media or storage-related permissions as shown in Android settings. You may lose the ability to send images or set gallery-based avatars until permission is granted again.
When it is requested: Where Android version or device behavior requires storage access to save cached media, temporary files, or to read user-selected content from external storage in legacy or compatibility scenarios.
How it is used: Storage access supports reading user-selected media and routine app file operations tied to features you use. We do not use storage permission for unrelated file browsing.
Withdrawal: Revoke storage permission in Android settings. Some media features may be limited.
Permission choices do not by themselves delete account data already stored on our systems; deletion is handled through account and data deletion processes described elsewhere in this policy.
NoxieHub is offered globally. Personal data may be processed in countries other than your own, including jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country.
When we transfer personal data internationally, we implement safeguards appropriate to the transfer, which may include standard contractual clauses, processor agreements, and technical measures such as encryption in transit. Our infrastructure providers may store or process data in multiple regions to deliver content, host accounts, and maintain service reliability.
By using the app, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in these locations. Where applicable law requires additional steps for cross-border transfers, we take those steps or offer alternatives permitted by law.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
Account and profile data (including email, account identifiers, nickname, avatar, and profile fields) are kept while your account is active. After you request deletion or your account is closed, we delete or anonymize this data within a reasonable period, subject to backup cycles and legal holds.
Messages and user-generated content (text, images, voice clips, and related metadata) are retained to provide chat history and social features while your account exists. Deleted messages or content may persist in backups for a limited time before being overwritten.
Subscription and transaction records related to Google Play Billing are retained as needed to validate purchases, handle disputes, comply with tax or accounting rules, and respond to support inquiries. Specific retention for billing records may follow Google Play and applicable commercial law requirements.
Device information, usage events, diagnostics, and crash logs are generally retained for shorter periods aligned with analytics and security needs, then aggregated or deleted according to internal schedules.
Support correspondence is kept long enough to resolve your inquiry and maintain an audit trail of privacy requests.
When retention periods expire, we delete or de-identify data using commercially reasonable methods. Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot reasonably identify you may be kept longer for statistical purposes.
This section describes categories of information we process, organized by source and context. It is intended to give a clear picture of what enters our systems when you use NoxieHub.
When you grant permissions and use related features, we process:
We do not collect categories beyond what is needed for described features. SDK-specific packages were not listed for this policy version; processing by category-level providers is disclosed in the Sharing Matrix.
We share personal data only as described below. We do not sell personal and sensitive user data. (This sentence appears once in this policy in the Supplementary Reviewer Transparency section above.)
Recipient category: Cloud Hosting / CDN
Data types: Account and profile content, User-generated content, Diagnostics
Purpose: Host, transmit, store, and deliver core app features
Recipient category: Analytics / Crash reporting
Data types: Usage events, Device metrics, Crash logs
Purpose: Product improvement, performance analysis, and stability
These recipients act as service providers or processors under contract and may access data only to perform services on our behalf, subject to confidentiality and security obligations.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or our company. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, personal data may transfer subject to notice where required by law.
We do not permit third parties to use your personal data for their own independent marketing without a separate legal basis and, where required, your consent.

Foshan Hanmeng E-commerce Co., Ltd. determines the purposes and means of processing personal data described in this Privacy Policy for NoxieHub. Processors and infrastructure partners process data on our instructions as set out in the Sharing Matrix.
We have designated Privacy Officer to oversee data protection compliance for NoxieHub. Privacy Officer serves as our contact for data protection matters and handles inquiries relating to the processing of personal data, applicable privacy rights, and coordination of responses to regulatory or user requests. Users may contact the DPO regarding data protection and privacy matters at saulcorkokihnvioletw@gmail.com. When you write to this address, include enough detail for us to verify your identity and understand your request; we will route DPO-related inquiries through our privacy response process.
Because NoxieHub supports account creation, you must register with an email address and credentials to access core social features. Your account ID or user ID links your profile, matches, chats, and subscription entitlements. Authentication identifiers are used solely to secure access and associate activity with your account.
The app includes feed browsing, user discovery, matching, text chat, image and voice messaging, and optional video chat. Content you publish or send may be visible to other users according to product design and your interactions. Moderation and safety processes may review reported content using the same data categories described in this policy.
NoxieHub offers subscriptions through Google Play Billing. Google processes payment; we receive subscription status, product identifiers, and related transaction metadata needed to unlock features. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account settings. Refund policies follow Google Play rules and our User Terms.
Settings and legal content such as Privacy Policy, User Terms, and account deletion instructions may load in an in-app WebView for display only. Those pages are not used for cross-site tracking or behavioral advertising profiles.
Matching and recommendations use operational logic to suggest users you may wish to connect with. We do not describe these systems as producing legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing without human involvement. If that changes, we will update this policy.
We do not sell personal and sensitive user data to data brokers or third parties for monetary consideration. Virginia and California residents may still exercise opt-out rights described below even where sale does not occur.
Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar laws require a legal basis (also called a lawful basis) for processing, we rely on the grounds below. Each main purpose maps to at least one basis.
| Processing purpose | Legal basis |
|--------------------|-------------|
| Providing NoxieHub, maintaining your account, delivering chat, matching, and video features | Performance of a contract — processing necessary to perform our agreement with you when you register and use the service |
| Hosting, transmitting, and storing content through cloud infrastructure | Performance of a contract and legitimate interests in operating a reliable global service |
| Analytics, crash reporting, and performance measurement | Legitimate interests in improving stability and user experience, balanced against your rights; where required, consent for non-essential analytics |
| Security monitoring, fraud prevention, and enforcing terms | Legitimate interests in protecting users and our systems; legal obligation where applicable |
| Camera, microphone, and media processing when you use those features | Consent through Android permission grants and your initiation of the feature; performance of a contract where needed to deliver the feature you requested |
| Subscription verification via Google Play | Performance of a contract and legitimate interests in billing accuracy |
| Responding to legal requests and regulatory obligations | Legal obligation |
| Marketing communications (if any, and only where permitted) | Consent where required by law |
When we rely on legitimate interests, we balance those interests against your privacy rights and provide objection rights where applicable. When we rely on consent, you may withdraw consent by revoking permissions, adjusting in-app settings where available, or contacting us; withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
NoxieHub is intended only for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. Age eligibility is confirmed through initial user confirmation at registration; we do not operate a separate in-app age verification system beyond that confirmation.
If you believe a person under 18 has created an account or provided personal data, contact saulcorkokihnvioletw@gmail.com and we will take steps to investigate and delete the account and associated data where appropriate. Parents or guardians should supervise device use to prevent underage registration.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability. This section explains how to exercise those rights and provides U.S. state-specific notices.
You may request access to personal data we hold about you, deletion of your account and associated data, restriction or objection to certain processing where applicable, and portability of data you provided in a structured format where technically feasible.
If you believe personal data or personal information we maintain about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request correction (also called rectification). Submit correction requests to saulcorkokihnvioletw@gmail.com with a description of the inaccurate or incomplete fields and the correction you seek. We will verify your identity and process valid requests within our standard response timeframe.
To exercise any right, email saulcorkokihnvioletw@gmail.com from your registered email where possible, describe your request, and allow time for verification. We will respond to privacy-related requests within a reasonable period after verification.
You may also use in-app account deletion options described in our account deletion materials and User Terms. Deleting your account initiates removal of profile and associated content subject to retention exceptions noted in this policy.
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to know about personal information, the right to access, the right to delete, the right to correct inaccurate personal information, and the right to limit use of sensitive personal information where applicable.
To exercise these rights, email saulcorkokihnvioletw@gmail.com. We will respond to privacy-related requests within a reasonable period after verification.
Right to know (California / Play disclosure): California residents have the right to know whether we collect, use, or disclose personal information and personal data about them, including whether such information is shared with third parties, consistent with the CCPA. This policy describes categories collected, purposes, retention, and sharing. For details on recipients and purposes, see Data Inventory and Sharing Matrix.
Meaning of “share” under the CCPA: Under California law, “share” and “sharing” have a specific definition under California law that differs from ordinary English. Sharing includes disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not money changes hands. We do not use your data for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by the CCPA. For a full description of how we disclose data to service providers and other parties, refer to the Sharing Matrix and Additional Operational Details sections. California residents may exercise the right to know by emailing saulcorkokihnvioletw@gmail.com; we will respond to privacy-related requests within a reasonable period after verification.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Non-discrimination: we will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised CCPA/CPRA rights, except where permitted by law.
Virginia residents have rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), including access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out rights for certain processing.
To exercise VCDPA rights, contact saulcorkokihnvioletw@gmail.com. We will respond to privacy-related requests within a reasonable period after verification.
How to opt out: Even if we do not engage in all activities below, Virginia law requires clear opt-out paths. You may opt out as follows:
Where GDPR applies, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. You also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests and, where processing is based on consent, to withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing.
Where the LGPD applies, you may have confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, and information about sharing rights. Contact saulcorkokihnvioletw@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
This Privacy Policy applies to NoxieHub on Google Play for Android only. It does not govern versions distributed on other platforms unless we explicitly state otherwise in a separate notice. We do not describe Apple App Store, iOS, IDFA, or Apple-specific APIs in this document because NoxieHub, as covered here, is an Android application.
Android permission names, scoped storage behavior, the system photo picker, and Google Play Billing references reflect Google’s Android platform. Settings paths for permissions and subscriptions refer to your Android device and Google Play account, not to non-Android systems.
Features such as camera, microphone, and media access follow Android runtime permission models. If you sideload or use unofficial builds not obtained from Google Play, this policy may not accurately describe those builds.
Age requirement: NoxieHub is available only to individuals 18 years of age or older. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement. We use initial user confirmation at signup; we do not implement continuous in-app age verification beyond that step.
Intended audience: The service is designed for adults seeking social discovery, matching, messaging, and optional video interaction. It is not directed to children or teenagers under 18.
Access mode: Use requires creating an account with email and authentication credentials. Certain browsing or settings may be limited until registration is complete. Subscription features require an active Google Play subscription where offered.
Regional availability: We offer the app globally subject to Google Play availability and applicable law. Some features or subscription products may vary by region. If local law restricts processing, we may limit features or decline service in specific jurisdictions.
Your responsibilities: Provide accurate registration information, keep credentials confidential, use permissions only for their intended features, and comply with User Terms. Misrepresentation of age or identity may result in account suspension or deletion.
*End of Privacy Policy — NoxieHub — Effective 8 July 2026 — Foshan Hanmeng E-commerce Co., Ltd.*
We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.
